“Music Box for Life” is a voluntary registered charity, set-up with the aim of raising much-needed funding towards vital equipment and / or services for Our Lady’s Hospital in Crumlin.

The charity takes the legal form of a company, limited by guarantee, and governed by a Memorandum and Articles of Association.

All involved in the charity do so without remuneration and / or expenses.

The subscribers to the Memorandum of Association are:
